Abortion support

Doula care, specialized to your needs;
because you deserve to feel and be nourished on this journey.
Doulas can provide non-medical support if you're ending a pregnancy. Our doulas  are trained in providing trauma-informed, person centered, non-judgmental care. We provide support in-person and by telephone/text before, during and after the ending of a pregnancy until the start of your next cycle.
During and after a pregnancy is ended, doulas can:
  • Discuss your needs and desires for support in advance
  • Be with you during your process at the clinic or at home to provide physical and emotional comfort
  • Prepare meals
  • Provide basic housekeeping while you rest
  • Provide emotional care and reassurance
  • Give referrals to community resources for food, supplies, mental health care, etc.
  • Tend to older children during your process or while you are recovering
  • Help find you a safe place to stay during and after your procedure
